常规超声是鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块最简便、常用的方法，乳腺影像报告和数据系统（ BI-RADS）为常规超声诊断乳腺疾病制订了指南性规范，但却不能区分组织的软硬度，而组织的软硬度对于乳腺疾病诊断具有重要的参考价值。超声弹性成像（ UE）能区分组织软硬度，为 BI-RADS的准确分类提供了无创可靠良好的补充信息。随着 UE技术的不断发展和广泛应用，其在超声诊断乳腺病变中的价值越来越显著。“,”Conventional ultrasound is the most simple and commonly used testing method for the diagno-sis of benign and malignant breast masses.Breast imaging report and data system ( BI-RADS ) has made guidelines for the development of conventional ultrasound for the diagnosis of breast disease ,but cannot dis-tinguish the hardness of the tissue which has important reference value in the diagnosis of the diseases .Ultra-sound elastography(UE) can differentiate between the soft and hard tissue,which provides a noninvasive and reliable supplementary information for the accurate classification of BI-RADS.With the development and wide application of UE technology,the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lesions is becoming more and more significant.
