通过图像分析仪采用立体计量分析方法对家兔实验性膜性肾小球肾炎时肾小球的形态结构变化、形成新月体的状况及肾小管上皮细胞酶学变化等进行定量观察。结果证实:图像定量分析能比较客观地、精确地分析肾小球毛细血管丛形态结构参数的变化、毛细血管壁厚度、形成新月体的大小和多少及肾小管上皮细胞酶的变化,这有利于开展肾小球肾炎病理形态和功能的相关研究,并可为药物对肾小球肾炎疗效的观察提供形态学的定量依据。
