北方交通大学研制的60路ADPCM编码转换设备于去年8月在国内首次插入数字光纤通信网(沪、嘉、苏)中的64km 电路,完成了点-点的对通实验和性能测试,各项指标均比CCITT 建议有一定的余量,信令准确无误,电话拨号接通正常,话音质量与原PCM 电路相比无感觉差异。该设备已在去年12月5日通过铁道部技术审查(科研样机技术鉴定)。与会专家一致公认该设备
