数学教师每天面临的工作是繁重复杂的,就笔者所了解的实际情况,初一初二数学教师一般都担任班主任工作,担任两个班的数学教学任务,由于课程设置的需要,班主任还要照顾每周两节的体锻课,数学综合实践课、社团课等等,每天几乎都有三节以上的课,还要批改作业等,剩余下来的时间真是少之又少.为此,常态课的有效性就值得我们深思.其实每个教师在教学环节中都想上好每一节课,都想通过自己是专业素养提升学生的数学素养,服务于学生综合素质的
