糖尿病和乙型肝炎都是我国的常见病和多发病,乙肝患者在妊娠期合并糖尿病会增加母婴患病率,威胁母婴安全,所以对肝病妊娠合并糖尿病的孕妇孕期进行饮食管理、合理运动、药物治疗护理和心理护理等进行指导,使患者更多地了解乙肝妊娠期合并糖尿病和肝病方面相关知识,安心接受治疗和护理,减少更多合并症的发生。
Diabetes and hepatitis B are common diseases and frequently-occurring disease in our country. Hepatitis B patients with diabetes mellitus during pregnancy will increase the prevalence of maternal and infant and threaten the safety of mother and infant. Therefore, pregnant women with liver disease and pregnancy complicated with diabetes should be given dietary management and reasonable exercise during pregnancy , Drug treatment and psychological care guidance, so that patients know more about hepatitis B pregnancy with diabetes and liver disease related knowledge, ease of treatment and care, reduce the incidence of more complications.
