在对兰渝铁路两水隧道工程地质情况进行勘察后,明确工程地质的特点及难点。采用了核心土加临时仰拱台阶法的新施工工艺;经过对多种开挖方式的综合比较分析,决定选择上部轮廓采用铣挖机开挖,中下台阶采用预裂爆破方法;提出了相应的支护措施。通过工程应用,表明该方法有效地保证了工程的施工进度及质量,成功解决了兰渝铁路两水隧道软土围岩施工难题。
After investigating the geological conditions of the two water tunnels in Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway, the characteristics and difficulties of engineering geology are clarified. The new construction technology of core earth plus temporary inverted arch method was adopted. After a comprehensive comparison and analysis of various excavation methods, it was decided that the upper profile should be excavated by milling cutter, the middle and lower steps should adopt the presplit blasting method, Support measures. Through the application of the project, it shows that the method effectively ensures the construction schedule and quality of the project and successfully solves the construction problems of the surrounding rock of soft soil in the two water tunnels of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway.
