针对村镇风险评价过程中系统指标对地震风险影响的非线性特征、指标间的信息重叠和“信息部分完全”的问题,提出了用基于非线性变换的灰色关联度(GC)-主成分投影(PCP)耦合模型的村镇地震灾害风险评价方法评价和比较村镇地震灾害风险。首先对各指标进行非线性变换和无量纲化,其次建立灰色关联度判断矩阵,最后利用主成分投影方法计算得到各村镇的地震灾害风险值,依据风险等级标准可得到研究区域各村镇的地震灾害风险等级水平,并进行了排序。通过实例证明该方法模型构建容易,计算简便,应用于村镇地震灾害风险评价中是可行的。
In view of the non-linear characteristics of system indexes on earthquake risk during village risk assessment, the overlap of information between indicators and the problem of “partial information completely”, this paper proposes a new method based on non-linear transformation of gray relational grade (GC) Evaluation and Comparison of Village and Town Seismic Disaster Risk Assessment Method Based on Projection (PCP) Coupling Model. Firstly, each index is transformed nonlinearly and dimensionless. Secondly, the judgment matrix of gray relational degree is established. Finally, the risk value of earthquake disaster for each village and town is calculated by principal component projection method. According to the risk level standard, the earthquake disaster The level of risk is ranked and ordered. The example proves that the method is easy to construct and the calculation is simple. It is feasible to apply it to the risk assessment of earthquake disaster in villages and towns.
