本文试图揭示在当代中国山寨手机在城市青年中的流行与其群体的社会特性之间的关联性。通过对山寨手机和非山寨手机使用者的深度访谈和山寨行业从业者QQ群在线讨论的定性分析,对该关联性在下述五个方面——政治态度、实用理性、社会价值观、兴趣追求和自我认同进行了分析。结果显示青年人对山寨手机的使用主要出于实用态度,其次是他们对娱乐和时尚的追求。反主流、反权威和反品牌的政治取向并不明显。使用名牌的仿冒品从社会价值的角度上讲称不上是一个虚荣问题,而是在经济实力允许范围内的一种自我体验。最后,从事山寨产业的青年人已经形成了他们自己的圈子并且无论从个人事业还是政治使命感方面都建立了对“山寨”事业的认同感。
This article attempts to reveal the connection between the prevalence of mobile handsets in urban China and the social characteristics of their population in contemporary China. Through the qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews with cottage handsets and non-cottage mobile phone users and online discussion of cottage industry practitioners QQ groups, the relevance is analyzed in the following five aspects: political attitude, practical reason, social values, interest pursuit and self Identity was analyzed. The results show that young people use cottage phones mainly because of their practicality, and secondly, their pursuit of entertainment and fashion. The anti-mainstream, anti-authority and anti-brand political orientation is not obvious. Use of brand-name counterfeit goods from the perspective of social value can not be described as a vanity issue, but in the economic power within the scope of a self-experience. Finally, young people engaged in the cottage industry have formed their own circle and established a sense of identity for the “cottage” business, both in terms of personal career and political mission.
