黄炎培认为,中国社会面临的根本问题是教育问题,而教育问题的解决有赖于职业教育,其实质是社会化的职业教育。职业教育实践中的宣传活动、成人补习教育、职业指导等都是其职业教育社会化思想的具体体现。
Huang Yanpei believes that the fundamental problem facing Chinese society is education. The solution to education depends on vocational education. Its essence is socialized vocational education. Publicity activities in vocational education practice, adult remedial education and vocational guidance are the concrete manifestation of the socialization of vocational education.
