对两台同样的1110型单缸柴油机进行保养时,发现机油均变成白色。据经验判断,可能是阻水圈损坏,冷却系统的水进入油底壳所致。 打开机体检查气缸垫和阻水圈,表面无损蚀现象,随即更换阻水圈、清洗润滑系统并更换机油,装复后仅工作两天,又出现上述现象。于是进行打气试验,发现气缸垫和阻水圈的密封性能良好,无漏水的可能性。再
