近几月来,以“十不”为核心内容的社会公德讨论和宣传活动,在我市紧锣密鼓地展开。从本月一日起,“十不”行为规范在全体市民中正式实施。武汉人又一次充满信心,知难而进,坚定而执著地站到文明进程的新起点。在文明建设的进程中,武汉人曾作过不懈努力。武汉实行过“三禁止”规定,较早在全国实行“门前三包”。武汉人有顺利颁布、实施禁鞭令的喜悦,有三次获得卫生城市称号的光荣。
In recent months, discussions and publicity campaigns on social morality with “10 Do’s” as the core contents have been conducted in our city in full swing. Starting from the 1st of this month, the “10 Do’s” Code of Conduct is officially implemented by all citizens.
