患者男,55岁。因鼻阻伴间断性鼻衄年余于1991年3月1日就诊,发病后无头疼。体检:鼻外形正常,双侧鼻腔顶部可见剥皮葡萄状赘生物,右侧如一粒葡萄大小,左侧呈条索状,触之极易出血,双侧下鼻甲明显变小。伸舌居中,软腭活动正常,鼻咽部未见新生物。颅底拍片未见骨质破坏。病检左右鼻腔脊索瘤,双侧鼻咽部未见肿瘤。局麻下行右鼻侧切开术,见肿瘤呈灰白
