赖铁壮,男,42岁,1972年9月16日出生在内蒙古科尔沁。1993年7月参加工作,毕业于原北京建筑工程学校(城建职工学校),大专文化(自学考试),工程师职称,国家一级注册建造师。赖铁壮同志长期在一线工作,积累了丰富的施工及管理经验,先后多次参加了国家重点工程、涉外工程、外商独责合资等项目,尤其在2005至2008年期间,参加了三项奥运工程,并且获得了2008年度奥运工程优秀建设者证书及勋章一枚。对目前工程所在地,重庆地区特点,也积累了独特的施工经验
