古人对教师的职责概括为:传道、授业、解惑。告诉我们为人师不仅仅是单纯的传道,授业,不仅仅是只局限课堂上的教学,不仅仅是下课后走人而不跟学生有任何的沟通,我们更应该重视后者:解惑,解答课堂疑问,解答对知识的疑问,解答对这门学科的疑问,甚至解答对大学生生活的疑问,对将来自己的人生的疑问。下面就浅谈一下笔者的心得体会。
The responsibilities of the ancients to teachers were summarized as: preaching, teaching, and dispelling doubts. Telling us to be a teacher is not just a simple preaching and teaching. It is not only limited to teaching in the classroom. It is not just a matter of leaving after class but not communicating with students. We should pay more attention to the latter: confusing, Answer classroom questions, answer questions about knowledge, answer questions about the subject, and even answer questions about life of college students and questions about future life. Let’s talk about the author’s experience and experience.
