教师在职教育一直被视为教师教育与培养的重要阶段,甚至在一些师资培养基本实现高等教育的发达国家,对教师的在职教育的关心已超过了教师的职前培养。百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。教师队伍素质的提高,尤其是农村教师队伍的建设已成为落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。新的形式对传统中小学教师培训工作提出了挑战,也为教师教育的发展提供了机遇。
Teachers 'on-the-job education has always been regarded as an important stage of teacher education and training. Even in some developed countries where teachers are trained to realize higher education, the concern for teachers' on-the-job education has exceeded the pre-service training of teachers. The improvement of the quality of the teachers' team, especially the construction of the contingent of rural teachers has become the key to implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. The new form poses challenges to traditional primary and secondary school teacher training and also provides opportunities for the development of teacher education.
