介绍了VXI总线自动测试台内嵌测试(BIT)的设计与实现,采用升级法策略,给出了系统BIT的流程图。通过对BIT结果的分析,可以有效的排除测试台自身故障,从而保障被测件测试的可靠性和真实性。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of VXI bus automatic testbench inline test (BIT), and gives the flow chart of system BIT by using the upgrade strategy. Through the analysis of the BIT results, it can effectively rule out the failure of the test bed itself, so as to ensure the reliability and authenticity of the tested parts.
