法庭角色优先于其他社会角色,二者的冲突会引发法庭言语冲突。法庭角色决定了参与者承担不同的话语角色,拥有不同的话语权。参与者的机构性言语目的和利益性言语目的是互动的。参与者的权势关系决定了法庭言语冲突具有不同级别。根据参与者的目的、义务可将法庭言语冲突分为必然冲突和可能冲突。
The role of the court takes precedence over other social roles, and conflicts between the two lead to courtroom clashes. The court role determines that participants have different discourse roles and have different discourse rights. The purpose of the participants’ constructive language and the intent of the beneficial language are interactive. The power relations of the participants determine the different levels of courtroom speech conflict. Depending on the purpose of the participants, the obligation can be divided into a necessary conflict and a possible conflict in a courtroom speech conflict.
