立克命(杀鼠脒)是近年来从国外新引进的一种抗凝血灭鼠剂。为观察其对家鼠的毒杀效果,我们于1985年1～2月,在河北省石家庄市某单位进行了现场灭效试验。现报告如下: 一、试区情况:试区建筑有办公楼、家属居住楼和少量平房,共有5000间房屋。楼和平房四周建有禽舍和存放杂物的小房,是鼠类栖息和繁殖的良好场所。群众反映鼠与鸡经常争食,活动猖獗,危害严重,群众迫切要求灭鼠。灭鼠前密度为每百夹次7.7只,其中小家鼠与褐家鼠之比为1:1.2。二、毒饵:立克命是西德拜耳公司产品,毒饵由河北省鼠疫防治所知青厂提供,用粘附法配制成0.0375%玉米碴毒饵。三、投毒方法:采用简化投毒法(即投饵一次的
