一、前 言 浇口在压铸模设计中占很重要的地位,浇口的设计直接影响金属的填充条件、型腔气体的排除。在压铸模设计中,浇口的设计包括两个方面的内容:1.浇口位置的设计;2.浇口尺寸的设计。人们往往重视前者忽视后者。
I. Introduction Gating occupies a very important position in die-casting mold design. The gate design directly affects the filling conditions of the metal and the cavity gas. In die-casting mold design, the design of the gate includes two aspects: 1. The design of the gate position; 2. The gate size design. People often value the former neglecting the latter.
