中国石油天然气总公司基建局组织的总图运输技术中心站成立大会并举行首届总图运输设计学术交流会于1991年4月16日至18日在廊坊管道局召开。总公司基建局、规划设计总院有关领导,各油田设计院、管道设计院等负责总图设计的专家共计80多人参加大会。会议期间召开了第一次站委会,选举了委员会成员、聘请了顾问,通过了中心站章程、“八五”规划和1991年工作计划;会上宣读了6篇论文并进行了交流和座谈。这次会议
