目的 探讨 Fas、Bcl- 2基因在胃癌发生中的意义。方法 用免疫组化 ABC方法检测 4 8例胃腺癌组织 ,74例非癌胃粘膜组织。结果 不典型增生组织及癌组织中 Fas蛋白表达率较正常 ,胃粘膜上皮中显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。中、高分化胃癌中 Fas蛋白阳性表达率显著高于低分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Bcl- 2阳性表达在高分化癌中显著低于低分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。本组 Fas和 Bcl- 2呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas、Bcl- 2蛋白表达变化发生在胃粘膜癌变的早期阶段 ,并与胃癌的进展及预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of Fas and Bcl-2 gene in gastric carcinogenesis. Methods 48 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 74 cases of non-cancerous gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The expression of Fas protein in atypical hyperplasia tissues and cancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa epithelium (P <0.05). The positive rate of Fas protein in well-differentiated gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated cancer (P <0.05), while the positive expression of Bcl-2 was significantly lower in well-differentiated cancer than in poorly differentiated cancer (P <0.05) ). This group was negatively correlated with Bcl-2 (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of Fas and Bcl-2 protein expression occur in the early stage of gastric carcinogenesis and are closely related to the progress and prognosis of gastric cancer.
