武汉市教育局在全市15所中职学校(截至2009年3月)引入ISO9000质量管理体系标准,力图通过引进这一标准,以ISO9000的八项管理原则为基础,树立和强化以“顾客为关注焦点”的核心思想,建立质量管理体系,持续改进学校管理工作,最终达到提升教育教学质量的目的。武汉市由教育主管部门主导,通过15所学校的试点,对全市中职学校管理模式进行的改革,在全国尚属首例,是一次非常有意义的尝试,也为其他地方和学校提供了宝贵的经验。基于此,本刊特别选登几篇文章,对武汉市在中职学校引进ISO9000标准工作进行介绍,以供各地教育主管部门和学校参考借鉴。令人欣慰的是,从目前情况看,武汉市ISO9000引进工作初见成效,试点学校的办学质量,学生、家长和用人单位对职业教育的满意度都得到了提高。

Fortunately, judging from the current situation, the introduction of ISO9000 in Wuhan has achieved initial success. The quality of running schools in pilot schools and the satisfaction of students, parents and employers with vocational education have all increased.
