临床上对注射用营养剂氨基酸输液的要求已日益增多。由医院药房自行配制显然较为经济,本文介绍一种可行的定性控制方法。作者采用一些新的溶剂系统对氨基酸输液‘L-Infusamin EK’进行了薄层层析的研究。该输液的组成如下表所示:
Clinical requirements for amino acid infusion of nutrient for injection have been increasing. It is obviously more economical to formulate by the hospital pharmacy, this article introduces a feasible qualitative control method. The authors used a number of new solvent systems for the thin-layer chromatography of amino acid infusion ’L-Infusamin EK’. The composition of the infusion is shown in the following table:
