上海市教育信息调查队日前公布了2009年上海基础教育满意度的调查结果,通过对8130个有效样本进行的分析显示,全市老百姓对于基础教育改革与发展的总体水平,打出78.8分,达到了“较满意”程度。诚然,满意度只是民意,是老百姓的一种感觉,不能替代真实的客观事实,引起变化的原因也非常复杂,会有一些难以确定的因素起着作用。但在老百姓感觉背后,满意度调查在一定程度上反映了上海市人民政府多年来关注民生,不断推动教育公平、提高教育质量的努力,也将在一定程度上帮助我们更好地反思基础教育中的一些深层次问题。
