“用工荒”与“就业难”的形成原因是多方面的,高职教学中需要有针对性的采取克服措施,加强校企合作,促进专业人才技能提升。但目前校企合作存在不足,为弥补这种缺陷,应该正确定位并完善高职教育教学体系、改革创新人才培养模式、重视职业教育,并深化校企合作。从而为整个社会培养更多优秀的实用型人才,让他们更好地适应将来工作的需要。
There are many reasons for the formation of “employment shortage” and “employment difficulty”. Higher vocational education needs to take targeted measures to overcome these problems, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote the upgrading of professional talents. However, at present there are not enough cooperation between schools and enterprises. To remedy this defect, we should correctly locate and improve the teaching system of higher vocational education, reform the training mode of innovative talents, attach importance to vocational education, and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises. So as to train more excellent practical talents for the entire society so that they can better meet the needs of their future work.
