目的:为减少替硝唑在治疗牙周炎等口腔疾病时口服给药的副作用,延长给药时间,提高治疗效果,特对替硝唑牙用缓释膜进行研制与并对临床效果进行观察。方法:按照一般膜剂的制作方法,紫外分光光度法进行含量控制,制得符合质量要求的缓释膜并对其临床效果进行了观察。结果:该膜剂体外释放较长久,对牙周炎患者的治愈率达89%以上,有效率达93%。结论:替硝唑制作的口腔缓释药膜具有缓释长效特点,有效减轻了口服给药引起的副作用,临床治疗效果较好。
Objective: To reduce the tinidazole in the treatment of oral diseases such as periodontitis oral administration of the side effects, to extend the administration time and improve the treatment effect, especially for tinidazole dental sustained-release membrane development and clinical effect was observed . Methods: According to the preparation method of general filming, the content was controlled by UV spectrophotometry, and the sustained release film was obtained according to the quality requirements and its clinical effect was observed. Results: The release of the film in vitro longer, the cure rate of patients with periodontitis reached 89%, the effective rate of 93%. Conclusion: The oral sustained-release film prepared by tinidazole has the characteristics of sustained-release and long-acting, effectively reducing the side effects caused by oral administration, and the effect of clinical treatment is better.
