由阜新矿业学院主持、东北工学院协助召开的煤炭高等院校第四届建井学术会议于1982年8月2日至10日在阜新举行。出席这次会议的代表共123名,来自12个省市43个单位。会议收到建井方面的论文、报告共62篇。会议第一阶段的教学经验交流中,对有关矿井建设专业的教学计划和人材培养等问题交换了意见。大家一致认为,必须把矿井建设专业办好,今后应加强实践性教学环节,改善和加强实习、实验工作,使学生掌握必要的生产技能、实验方法和测试技术;专业课中加强电化教学,以利于理论联系实际,要尽快地完成一
Hosted by Fuxin Mining Institute and supported by Northeast Institute of Technology, the 4th Academic Conference on Well Construction in Coal Universities was held in Fuxin from August 2 to August 10, 1982. A total of 123 delegates attended the conference, from 43 units in 12 provinces and cities. The conference received papers on well construction, a total of 62 reports. During the exchange of teaching experience in the first phase of the conference, the two sides exchanged opinions on such issues as teaching plans and personnel training for mine construction. All agreed that mine construction professionals should be run well and that practical teaching sessions should be strengthened in the future so as to improve and strengthen the internship and experimental work so as to enable students to master the necessary production skills, experimental methods and testing techniques.
