第一条(目的和依据) 为了规范商业连锁企业经营行为,促进商业连锁业健康发展,根据本市实际情况,制定本规定。 第二条(含义) 本规定所称商业连锁企业(以下简称连锁企业),是指从事同类商品的若干门店在其总部管理下使用统一商号、实行统一供货的经营组织。 第三条(连锁企业的组成) 连锁企业由总部、配送中心和10个以上门店组成。 第四条(连锁经营形式)
