我国甘蔗栽培品种,解放后有几次较大的更替:由种植未经改良的老品种如竹蔗,芦蔗等,被引进的POJ2878等所替换,进而又被我国自己杂交选育出来的台糖134等所替换。这几次较大的品种更替,对发展我国甘蔗生产影响很大。为了探讨这几次品种更替的内在原因,我们比较了这3个品种与光合作用关系最密切的两种光合细胞(叶肉细胞,叶片维管束鞘细胞)和叶绿体超微结构(光合膜)。本文先报道叶肉细胞的观察比较结果。
China’s sugar cane cultivars, after the liberation of several major changes: from the cultivation of unmodified old varieties such as bamboo cane, cane, etc., was introduced POJ2878 replaced, and then by our own breeding bred Taiwan sugar 134 and other replaced. These large varieties of replacement, the development of China’s sugar cane production has a great impact. In order to explore the internal reasons for these varieties of alternation, we compared the photosynthetic characteristics of the two photosynthetic cells (mesophyll cells, bundle sheath cells) and chloroplast ultrastructure (photosynthetic membrane). This article first reported the mesophyll cell observation and comparison results.
