阐述了速生丰产林基地建设要适应市场经济的发展就必须打破就林论林的传统模式 ,以经济区的需求为依托 ,以自然资源为依据进行布局。在速生丰产林基地实施中 ,要分析经济、社会等条件 ,本着先易后难、择优扶持的原则 ,选定优势区 ,并根据市场调查结果确定基地的建设规模。
It expounds that the construction of fast-growing and high-yield forest base must meet the needs of the economic zone and be laid on the basis of natural resources if it is to adapt to the development of market economy. In the implementation of fast-growing and high-yield forest base, we should analyze the economic and social conditions and select advantageous areas based on the principle of first aid, hardship and superiority support and determine the scale of construction of the base according to the result of market survey.
