用酶组织化学方法检测健康人正常皮肤内酶的存在与分布情况 ,并对各种酶的活性强弱、反应物的形态等分级进行了记录 ,以便为探索某些皮肤病与酶活性变化的关系时 ,提供可靠的正常数据。本文涉及氧化还原酶类、水解酶类及转移酶类等 1 1种酶。
Enzyme histochemical method was used to detect the presence and distribution of enzymes in normal human skin and the activity of various enzymes and the morphology of reactants were recorded.
