整合素是既与细胞内细胞骨架结合,又与细胞外基质(ECM)连接的跨膜基质受体,在ECM和细胞骨架之间提供生理连接。整合素连接激酶(ILK)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,通过与整合素的结合,介导细胞与ECM的连接,在细胞内、外双向信号转导中发挥重要作用,调节细胞增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等。近期研究发现,糖尿病肾病患者肾小球上ILK表达明显增强,ILK与糖尿病肾病的足细胞损伤、肾小管间质纤维化密切相关。探索ILK在糖尿病肾病发生发展中的作用,对研究防治糖尿病肾病的新途径有重要意义。
Integrins are transmembrane matrix receptors that bind both to the intracellular cytoskeleton and to the extracellular matrix (ECM), providing a physiological link between the ECM and the cytoskeleton. Integrin ligation kinase (ILK) is a serine / threonine protein kinase that mediates cell-to-ECM binding through binding to integrins and plays an important role in intracellular and extracellular signal transduction and regulates cell proliferation , Differentiation, migration, apoptosis and so on. Recent studies found that patients with diabetic nephropathy glomerular ILK expression was significantly enhanced, ILK and diabetic nephropathy podocyte injury, tubulointerstitial fibrosis is closely related. To explore the role of ILK in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy is of great significance for the study of new ways to prevent and treat diabetic nephropathy.
