由于冠脉微循环障碍的发生机制比较复杂,临床上治疗冠脉微循环的药物疗效均未得到充分肯定,线粒体通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transition pore,m PTP)的开放因会引起冠脉微循环细胞功能异常而成为当前治疗冠脉微循环障碍的热点研究靶标。本文就近几年国内外关于m PTP在冠脉微循环障碍中的作用研究进展进行简要讨论。
Because of the complicated mechanism of coronary microcirculation, the clinical curative effect of treating coronary microcirculation has not been fully affirmed. The opening of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (m PTP) can cause coronary artery Microcirculation cell dysfunction and become the current treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder hot research target. In this paper, in recent years, domestic and foreign research on the role of m PTP in coronary microcirculatory disturbance are briefly discussed.
