高效教学,是所有教师不断追求的永恒话题,那么,什么是高效教学?其核心是研究如何提高教学的效益,即什么样的教学是有效的?是高效、低效还是无效?所谓有效主要是指通过教师在一段时间的教学后,学生所获得的具体进步或发展。教学有没有效益,并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认不认真,而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。如果学生不想学或者学了没有收获,即使教师教得再辛苦也是无效教学。同样如果学生学得很辛苦,但没有得到应有的发展,也是无效或低效教学。因此,学生有无进步或发展是教学有没有效益的惟一指标。
Efficient teaching is an everlasting topic that all teachers are constantly pursuing. What is efficient teaching? The core of the study is to study how to improve the effectiveness of teaching. That is, what kind of teaching is effective? Is it efficient, inefficient or ineffective? Refers to the specific progress or development obtained by the student after a period of teaching by the teacher. Teaching is effective, does not mean that teachers have not taught the content or teach not recognize seriously, but that students have not learned or students learn well or not. If the students do not want to learn or did not learn, even if the teacher taught hard again invalid teaching. Similarly, if students learn very hard, but did not get due development, but also ineffective or inefficient teaching. Therefore, whether or not students progress or develop is the only indicator of the effectiveness of teaching.
