纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)检查,已成为呼吸系统疾病诊断治疗和科研的重要手段之一,但其价格昂贵,尤其进口产品,属精密仪器,故注重纤支镜的保养和维护延长其使用期是技术室极为重要的工作。我院1982年购进日本OLYMPUS BF-B_3R型纤支镜一台,从开始使用到第一次维修共检查病人1003例次。五年前购进第二台OLYMPUS BF-P_(10)型亦已检查近1000例,均大大超过了规定检查例次,现将我们如保保养和维护纤支镜的一些体会总
Fiberoptic bronchoscopy (referred to as fibrobronchoscopy) has become one of the important means for diagnosis, treatment, and research of respiratory diseases. However, it is expensive, especially imported products, which are precision instruments. Therefore, attention is paid to the maintenance and maintenance of fiber bronchoscopes. The use period is an extremely important task in the technical room. In 1982, our hospital purchased one OLYMPUS BF-B_3R type fiber bronchoscope from Japan. From the beginning of use to the first maintenance, 1003 cases of patients were examined. Five years ago, the second OLYMPUS model BF-P_(10) was also inspected and nearly 1000 cases have been examined. These have greatly exceeded the number of inspections required, and we now have some experience in maintaining and maintaining the fiber bronchoscope.
