目的:探讨HIV抗体乳胶层析法在无偿献血血源筛查中的应用。方法:用乳胶层析法和ELISA法对2008-08/2009-02来沈阳中心血站献血的献血者进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体的检测。结果:在47 856例献血者中乳胶层析法检出阳性15例,双试剂ELISA法检出阳性11例,经沈阳市疾病控制中心艾滋病确认试验室确认阳性7例。结论:HIV抗体乳胶层析法快速简便,适用于无偿献血血源筛查检测。
Objective: To investigate the application of HIV antibody latex chromatography in the screening of blood donation blood. Methods: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) antibody was detected by latex chromatography and ELISA on blood donors who donated blood from Shenyang Center during 2008-08 / 2009-02. Results: Among 47 856 blood donors, 15 were positive by latex chromatography and 11 by double-reagent ELISA. Seven were confirmed positive by AIDS Confirmation Laboratory in Shenyang Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Conclusion: HIV antibody latex chromatography method is quick and easy, suitable for blood donation screening screening.
