农村初中都有小部分的学困生。他们缺乏自信,学习被动,态度不端正,对学习任务的完成有一定困难。关心、转化学困生是全面提高教学质量,实施素质教育的需要。从学生的基础、学习的动机、教师的教学、教材等方面分析了学困生形成的原因,从爱心、改变学困生的学习动机、因材施教、优化教学方法、正确地运用评价等方面提出了培养学困生兴趣的对策。
Rural junior high school have a small part of students with learning difficulties. Their lack of self-confidence, passive learning and inappropriate attitude lead to certain difficulties in completing their learning tasks. Care, poor students in transition is to improve the quality of teaching, the implementation of quality education needs.
