“学困生”(即“学习困难的学生”以下简称“学困生”)的教育问题,向来受到社会各界人士的关注,如何让“学困生”脱困,健康成长,成为未来社会身心健康的有用之才,不仅关系着教育的今天,更关系到祖国的未来。教育界对此做了不少积极有效的探讨,笔者从“语文”母语教学的角度,在“创新写作”课题理论指导下,经过在教学一线的实验、研究、摸索总结出了一套让“学困生”摆脱困境的方法:赏识→爱心→体验→成功一、赏识——让“学困生”找回写作的自信1.赏识要与因材施教相结合。只要你善于发现,总能找到“学困生”身上的闪光点,并根据“学困生”的个性特点设定相应的表扬措施及方案:当堂表扬、课下谈心,在“学困生”的朋友中称赞他,电话家访时在家长面前表扬“学困生”的进步,让“学困生”找回自信,为写作找到恰当的突破口。2.赏识要与把握教育时机相结合。“学困生”不同程度地都有“不爱动脑、不爱动手”的不良习惯,如果赏识之后不提任务,好不容易点燃的学习热情之火必然熄灭;可是没有区别,无
