本文利用免疫荧光技术和单克隆抗体,对“慢性结肠炎”结肠粘膜中的B细胞、辅助性T细胞(Th)和抑制性T细胞(Ts)进行了定量研究。结果提示:IgA抗体分泌细胞是结肠粘膜中优势B细胞,慢结组中IgA浆细胞和Th细胞较正常组减少,而IgM和Ts细胞较正常组增加,但无显著性差异。上述各类细胞数于慢结组和IBD组间有显著性差异。Th/Ts值于正常组、慢结组、IBD组间依次递减,表明:Th/Ts变化可能是IBD组局部免疫紊乱的主要因素。
In this paper, immunofluorescence and monoclonal antibodies were used to quantitatively study B cells, helper T cells (T cells) and suppressor T cells (Ts) in colonic mucosa of chronic colitis. The results suggest that IgA antibody secreting cells are the predominant B cells in colonic mucosa. IgA and Ts cells in Ig are lower than those in normal group, but there is no significant difference. The above types of cells in the slow group and IBD group were significantly different. The value of Th / Ts in the normal group, the slow group and the IBD group decreased in turn, indicating that the change of Th / Ts may be the main factor of local immune disorder in IBD group.
