早在十年前甚至更早的年代,每一个家庭的装修风格与布局基本上大同小异。就拿客厅或餐厅者来说,在这个区域的天花做吊顶的手法就十分流行。然而,制作吊顶的费用并不便宜,随着房子老化,吊顶往往会变成老鼠或爬虫的栖居地,除了拆除后重新装修再无他法。可以说这样的设计,长远来讲即是一种浪费,同时也过于陈腐。现代家居更需要一种简单的装修方式,不限于任何风格或喜好,着重功能与实用性,实现空间的多元化,只有这样,才能提升房子的价值,使装修回归到房子本身。省钱与实用,才是现代家居最值得提倡的装修法则。
