我科自1990年10月至1996年2月,采用自拟止泻汤内服及应用抗生素、补液疗法治疗41例婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1 治疗组及对照组 共75例,男48例,女27例。年龄6个月～1岁12例,1～2岁45例,2～3岁18例。发病至就诊时间均在3日以内。75例分为两组,治疗组41例,对照组34例,两组病儿在性别、年龄、病程、临床表现等方面相近,具有可比性。
Our department from October 1990 to February 1996, self-made Zhixie decoction orally and the application of antibiotics, rehydration therapy in 41 cases of infants with autumn and winter diarrhea, and achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. A treatment group and control group a total of 75 cases, 48 males and 27 females. Age 6 months to 1 year in 12 cases, 1 to 2 years in 45 cases, 2 to 3 years old in 18 cases. The onset to treatment time are less than 3 days. 75 cases were divided into two groups, treatment group 41 cases, control group 34 cases, two groups of sick children in terms of gender, age, course of disease, clinical manifestations and other similar, comparable.
