“建筑节能”是近年来建筑领域内探讨的技术主题,2007年初,上海现代建筑设计(集团)有限公司技术中心副总工程师赵济安主动申报及负责编制的《公共建筑节能工程智能化技术规程》的科研立题申请获上海市建设和交通委批准,并于当年通过评审及完成报批。该文件已于近日作为上海市工程建设规范正式颁布。文件的推行将会对建筑节能技术的发展起到技术性的推动作用,因此,本刊记者对赵总进行了采访。赵总从专业技术角度和实际工程实践的方面,深入探讨了智能化技术对创造建筑节能更高目标值的主要推动作用。 “Building Energy Saving ” is a technical theme explored in the field of construction in recent years. In early 2007, Zhao Ji’an, deputy chief engineer of the Shanghai Modern Architecture Design (Group) Co., Ltd. Technology Center, voluntarily applied for declaration and was responsible for the compilation of the Technical Specifications for Intelligent Building Energy- "Application for scientific research legislation approved by the Shanghai Construction and Transportation Commission, and in that year through the review and approval. The document has recently been formally promulgated as Shanghai Engineering Construction Code. The implementation of the document will play a technical role in promoting the development of building energy-saving technologies. Therefore, this reporter interviewed Zhao. From the perspective of professional technology and actual engineering practice, Zhao Zong explored in depth the main role of intelligent technology in creating higher target values ​​for building energy efficiency.
