多年来,我国的教育事业有着长足的发展。高校的不断扩招,普通高中正在逐年走向普及。经重点高中筛选后的一般校教育质量问题就更突出了。如何把这部分在学业上相对滞后的学生培养成国家有用之材,这是所有教育工作者,特别是薄弱校教师面临的一个重大课题。教师好比导演,学生就是演员(不是观众)。教师从教材的分析、概念的表达、法则的论证、例题的选择,甚至于教具的制作和演示都要精心安排和设计。在教学的实践过程中,时时注意启发,力求最大限度地激发学生学习兴趣,唤起学生的求知欲,引导学生主动参与。笔者借此谈几点体会。
Over the years, China’s education has made great strides. Colleges and universities continue to enroll, ordinary high school is becoming popular year by year. After the focus of high school screening of general school quality of education is even more prominent. How to cultivate this part of the relatively laggard students into a useful material for the country is a major issue facing all educators, especially those who are weak teachers. The teacher is like the director, the student is the actor (not the audience). Teachers from the textbook analysis, the concept of expression, the law of the demonstration, the choice of examples, and even teaching aids production and presentation must be carefully arranged and designed. In the process of teaching practice, always pay attention to inspiration, and strive to maximize students ’interest in learning, arouse students’ curiosity and guide students to take the initiative to participate. I take this opportunity to talk about a few experiences.
