在长久的教学过程中,教师与学生构成了教学中不可分割的矛盾集合体,二者是相互依存,相互对立的。教师与学生之间的关系常常显得非常微妙。一方面,教师常常占据着课堂中的主体地位,教师在课堂中的这种主体地位主要显示为对于课堂节奏和课堂整体氛围的绝对控制。具体表现主要有强制学生进入学习状态、规定学生的学习方向等。在学生眼中,自己就成为了课堂中被控制的一方,在课堂中没有任何的主体性可言,教师的一些强制性手段,没有被学生接受和理解,反而造成了课堂中矛盾对立的最主要原因。在长期的教学过程中,教师这种“北风”式的教学让学生心生厌倦,无法很好地、愉快地接受课堂中的内容,这导致了学生整体学习效率不高。在教学中,教师应该总结教学经验,在教学过程中注重使用南风效应,让学生在学习中变得更主动,效率更高。

The relationship between teachers and students is often subtle.
