银杏大蚕蛾(Dictyoploca japonica Moore),又名核桃大蚕蛾。1978年以来,在湖北省西部和西北地区的部分核桃产区连年暴发成灾,严重影响核桃的产量。银杏大蚕蛾以幼虫为害核桃叶片,重发年单株虫量一般1000~2000头,有些树虫量多的达3000头以上。受害株果实枯落,树势衰弱,积年为害株整株枯死。 银杏大蚕蛾是一种杂食性食叶害虫,除为害核桃外,还为害梨、苹果、李、桃、梅、樱桃、柿、山楂等多种果树。据朱弘复(1973)报道,该虫分布于广西、华北、台湾和日本。湖北省森林病虫调查记载(1984)分布于郧阳。据1989年我们的调查结果,银杏大
