目的研究胰岛素受体(INSR)基因多态性与飞行人员代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)和基因测序技术检测38名飞行人员MS患者和50名正常健康飞行人员INSR第8外显子NsiⅠ位点基因多态性。结果INSR第8外显子NsiⅠ位点的基因型和等位基因在飞行人员MS组和正常健康对照组存在统计学差异,INSR基因N2等位基因频率在MS组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论INSR第8外显子NsiⅠ位点基因多态性与飞行人员MS相关,N2等位基因可能是一个易感基因。
Objective To study the association between insulin receptor (INSR) gene polymorphism and flight crew metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and gene sequencing were used to detect the gene polymorphism of NsiⅠ in INSR exon 8 of 38 flight-sick MS patients and 50 normal healthy flight crew . Results The genotypes and alleles of NsiI in exon 8 of INSR were significantly different between flight crew MS group and normal healthy control group. The frequency of N2 allele in INSR gene was higher in MS group than in control group (P <0.01) ). Conclusion The polymorphism of Nsi Ⅰ locus in INSR exon 8 is associated with MS of flight crew, and N2 allele may be a susceptible gene.
