1 病例介绍 患儿 女,10岁。因反复咳嗽、咯痰、发热5年余入院。患者近5年先后就诊于20余所乡、县、省级医院,曾按右下肺炎、右下肺不张、右下肺结核等治疗效果欠佳,严重影响了患者正常生活。1998年1月入北京某大医院,检查后诊为右下肺炎及右下肺支气管扩张症,拟行手术切除。患者家属为进一步明确诊治,于1998年9月21日入我科。入院查体:体温37.4℃,发育正常,营养较差,神清,浅表淋巴结未触及,气管居中,胸廓对称,右侧肩胛下区第八肋间以下呼吸
1 case description children, 10 years old. Due to repeated cough, expectoration, fever more than 5 years admitted to hospital. In the past five years, they had been treated with right lower pneumonia, right lower pulmonary atelectasis, and right lower pulmonary tuberculosis, which seriously affected their normal life.
