随着全球经济一体化的加速,企业为了提高自身的竞争力,把并购成为企业应对市场竞争、加强资源整合的重要手段,和进行资本扩张、资源重新配置的有效方式。但中国企业海外并购真正成功的比例还不到1/10,其中绝大部分失败归因于并购后的文化整合。文化整合成为并购取得成功的关键所在。
With the acceleration of global economic integration, in order to improve their competitiveness, enterprises should make M & A an effective way for enterprises to cope with market competition and strengthen the integration of resources as well as for capital expansion and resource reallocation. However, the percentage of Chinese companies that make real overseas acquisitions is less than one tenth. Most of the failures are attributed to the cultural integration after the merger. Cultural integration has become the key to the success of M & A.
