今年年初,上海市工交办决定在工交企业试行设置总会计师.总会计师的基本任务,是在企业党委的领导下,贯彻执行党的方针政策;建立、健全企业内部的经济责任制度;组织和推动核算工作;审查与考核企业的生产经营活动和技术措施的经济效果;监督企业认真执行财经政策、法令和财务会计制度,以改善经营管理,厉行增产节约,努力增加盈利,全面完成各项技术经济指标. 总会计师由政治思想好,有一定组织领导能力,具有较高的经济核算和财务专业知识的人员担任.总会计师分别由上级主管局批准任命,并报市工交办和财政局.
