煤炭资源税改革靴子落地资源税改革一直是悬在煤炭行业头上的一把剑,现终于落地。10月10日,国务院公布了修改后的《资源税暂行条例》,将煤炭资源税划分为两个档次:焦煤每吨8-20元,其他煤炭每吨0.3-5元。征收标准仍保持从量征收,而非市场预期的“从价”。本次资源税调整初步兑现了政策性利空。
